1) Description for Printing
Left & right side panel printing in four colors silk screen on
plat prepainted steel sheet (Size : Max 1300mm (W) x 2900mm (L) x
any thickness)
2) Specification for Pre-painted
Steel
Prepainted Steel sheets ST 02Z, 100gr/m2 Acc. to DIN 17162, tolerance
acc. to DIN 59232 top side with 5microns primer and 20microns polyester.
Back side with 7microns mills service formable, Seaworthy.
3) Packing
Standard export packing (Wooden pallet) Max. 1.5tons suitable for
forklift.
4) Examples
Please refer to the below samples of our UV silk printing on prepainted
steel. We are now making these items as total 7types (PEPSI Logo)
and exported to manufacturers of Chest freezer & Bottle cooler
for their assembly.
