ORGANIC FLUORINE COMPOUNDS
As the leader of the organic and inorganic fluorine chemical industry,
our mill has been supplying variety of high quality fluorine products
through continuous research and development for the past twenty years
which composes of vertical hierarchy from the necessary basic material
products of fluorine chemical products to the various kinds of derived
products. The high quality fluorine products have been used as refrigerants
in domestic refrigerator and air conditioner, one of the essential
chemical compounds in the general industry, special industry, semi-conductor
industry, atomic industry and the use of our products are currently
spreading rapidly to variety of other industries.

- Non-flammability
: Nonflammable material that has no risk of explosion
or ignition even it contacts with air.
- Stability : The toxicity is very low so that
American conference of
government Industrial hygienists sets the tolerance of
limit of released
concentration at 1,000ppm. |
|
- Refrigerants
: Industrial air conditioning units at the department
store,
buildings, factories.
- Aerosol Propellents : Compounded of K-12 and
used for aerosol.
- Blowing Agents : Used for manufacturing rigid
/ flexible
urethanefoaming.
- Cleaner : Cleaning electronics parts and precision
machinery. |
|
- Stable to the
heat but direct contact with the flame causes pyrolysis
and later forms pungent halogenoid hydrocarbon, small
phosgene and
carbon monoxide.
- It is chemically inert and not corrode by reacting with
metal, however,
with very small moisture, it is gradually hydrolyzed over
a long time,
forming halogenoid hydrocarbon which causes corrosion
on Metal. |

- Refrigerants : Used
for small and large sized refrigerator system.
- Aerosol Propellants: A pesticide, hair sprays.
- Agents : Use for polystyrene foaming and excellent
insulating effect.
- Leak Detection : Detection of leaks in cable
line, pipe line and
for all equipment under the high pressure or vacuum. |
|
- Nonflammability :
Nonflammable material with no explosion and
Ignition as compounded of the air.
- Electric Nature : Good electric nature, along
with great Insulation
resistance make it available to compressive type pressure
resister.
- Stability : The toxicity is so low that it causes
no troubles such as
addiction, narcosis, liver failure while inhaling it in
a gaseous condition. |

- Stable to the Heat but direct
contact with the flame causes pyrolysis
and later forms pungent halogenoid hydrocarbon, small
phosgene and
carbon Monoxide.
- K-12, itself, is stable to the 500¡É. However,
as used long, a metal act
as a catalyst on the K-12. Contact with the refrigerator
oil, water and
air cause it to resolve at 200~300¡É. |

- Gaseous K-141b
is accumulated at low place for its high specific gravity
so that special care is necessary for the ventilation.
It is also secured at a place with good ventilation. K-141b
is usually flammable at a given mixture ratio with air
of 7.4~15.5vol%.

of 6 to 4, almost same pressure was formed
and thus, used as a blowing agents for polystylene.
- It is inflammable so that special care is on priority
for treatment. |

- K-142b is generally narcotic
and causes no trouble on the liver. However,
the possibility of suffocation by lack of oxygen in case
of inhalation
of high degree of it. so the ventilation equipment should
be installed in use.
- K-142b is usually flammable at a given mixture ratio
with air
of 7.8 ~ 16.8 vol%. |
